eWomenNetwork - Leading Las Vegas with Connection, Collaboration and Community

Las Vegas is bright lights and big energy, but behind all of that glitz, women business owners and entrepreneurs are striving to make their own magic happen. We are in rooms together, creating collaboration, connections, and abundance. These concepts are a the foundation of the Las Vegas Chapter of eWomenNetwork - a vibrant, growing, inclusive community of women who are redefining what their success looks like, and what can happen when we come together.

As the Executive Managing Director of our Las Vegas chapter, I have been honored to witness what happens when motivated, driven, ambitious, and heart-centered women come together to support each-other. This is more than merely networking, it’s community built on collaboration, contribution and growth.

At eWomenNetwork, our biggest mission is 1Million Women to 1 Million Dollars in Annual Revenue - knowing that the more good women who have good money, the more good we can do in the world. We know that in order to move our businesses to that level, we must learn from those who have been there, made the mistakes, and are willing to share their experiences for us all to be lifted.

We believe in collaboration over competition, because we know when one of us rises, we all do.

Our community is a welcome home to women from every industry, background, culture, educational background, and success levels. We accept all women who are ready to step in, learn, and scale their business. We celebrate that every woman who walks through our door is a new level of possibility.

I always know when a woman is perfect for our room when they walk and say to themselves “what can I bring to this space”? - knowing that when giving is the first mindset, they will be rewarded for their generosity of spirit. We host several events a month that are intentionally designed to create authentic, powerful connections - a monthly Accelerated Networking Luncheon, a Wisdom Circle, and our annual Women’s Success Summit, where we learn and grow together as we learn from our CEO and Founder, Sandra Yancey.

eWomenNetwork thrives on 9 Core Values, that we run our entire organization by. Our values are one of the things that makes our space different and unique. Not only do we strive to help one another be and do better, but we also move that out into the world, as well. We encourage our women to give back, mentor others, and be a positive impact in our community.

As a part of our commitment to give back, our eWomenNetwork Foundation in Las Vegas supports two non-profits with a cash grant, and a trip to our international conference, and a year membership to eWN.

We also support an Emerging Leader, who is an exceptional, young woman 22- 29 years old - who our chapter mentors for a whole year, sponsor their trip to conference, and supply a year of membership. Our ultimate goal is to see one of our Emerging Leaders cross the stage as our one our Made It To A Million Nominees.

We show up for one another in many ways - One of the events that we host is our Accelerated Networking Event, where we always have an informational speaker, netwokring, showcase tables, and wonderful connections.

Our Wisdom Circles are always sought after to have a seat at the table. We get together and mastermind a challenge for each attendee. It’s just one way we connect and help lift each other up. We know that if we are trying to do it all on our own, then we are missing what might be in our blind spots.

Then we have our yearly Women’s Success Summit, with our special guest, eWomenNetwork CEO and Founder, Sandra Yancey.

The massive success of our chapter, lies in our dedicated leadership team and business matchmaker sponsors who are consistently attracting new and incredible women into our room. They lead with heart and passion and are very dedicated to our member’s experience and ensuring that they have a positive experience and make the most of their membership and all of the benefits that come along with it.

My role as Executive Managing Director is to create the space for connections and growth - to ensure that member experience contains the information and understanding of the steps needed to move to the next level. I am always honored to able to hold space for new seedlings of business to grow and to be able to watch then flourish.

We find that when women invest in themselves, they will ultimately invest in you. We see this over and over as we gather with intention. We create friendships, partnerships, new introductions, new referral partners, and experience a feeling of true support as we dare to redefine success on our own terms. We connect through authenticity, generosity and purpose. It is true currency through connection.

Our members tell us that they joined for the growth of their business and the coaching, but have also found a sisterhood that they did not expect. Mentors who are there to see them through tough times, safe spaces to have uncomfortable conversations, clients who value them and are loyal, a team of women who celebrate in all of their successes, no matter how seemingly small.

Our goal is to grow our chapter to over 300 women and we are excited to see all of the exceptional who continue to be attracted to our room. We will continue to grow and serve, while continuing to host events that inspire, while also nurturing our next generation of leaders .
